10. Insert a V in place of the second I
11. Place the second C 5 spaces to the right
12. Duplicate the letter in the 9th space and place it after the second C

14. Insert 2 Es at the far right
15. Add the 7th letter of the alphabet between the 2 Es
16. Delete the first E and move the O to its place
17. Add an L next to the other L
18. Delete the letter to the right of the V
19. Place the R next to the V
20. Move the vowel in the 13th space to the seventh space
